Refund Policy


If for any reason you are issued with a refund, please note the following:


1. All refunds will be issued to the customers' card account number as used in the original order.


2. A refund will usually takes 7-10 working days to be credited back to the customer's account from processed date. If the refund does not appear on the specified date, please email us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .


3. Goods returned within 7 days upon full receipt will be refunded less of shipping charges. It is the customer's duty to cover cost of shipping when returning the goods to CAMERAPORTAL. If the goods are found to be faulty or they have been damaged by misuse, customer will not be entitled for a refund.
