Term and Conditions




The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on CAMERAPORTAL. The placing of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. To order goods through this website you must be at least 18 years of age. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions. We have the right to refuse at the supply of any goods ordered by you at our discretion.




Orders are processed daily from Monday to Friday. Orders received by 3:00 pm (HK Time) are processed on the same day, while orders received after 3:00 pm are processed on the next business day.




1. Products sold at CAMERAPORTAL are normally available for consolidation within 24 hours after the order has been processed and approved. If an order will not be available within 24 hours or is out-of-stock, the customer will be notified via email and will be advised if and when the item will become available or if the item has already been phased out, as the case may be CAMERAPORTAL promises that all your orders would be processed within 48 hours and an email notification would be sent to confirm the order that you have placed.


The customer has the option to put the order on “pending status” and wait for the items to become available, or have the order canceled and the customer will not be charged for the order.


2. If the order is approved, the customer will be notified via email at the email address provided when the order was placed online. All Invoices will be issued Via email. Once an order is confirmed, CAMERAPORTAL would issue an email invoice signifying that your order would be processed. Once the product has been delivered a notification invoice would be sent to you via email signifying that the product has been successfully delivered.


We advise that you always print your email invoice and any other transactional receipts and keep it in an easily accessible place.




For CAMERAPORTAL, we accept credit card - Purchases made using credit cards will be billed as under CAMERAPORTAL. This will be reflected in your credit card statement. Currently we accept the following credit card types: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX and JCB.




Once we got your order confirmation that would be the only time we would place an authorization transaction in your credit card. Once we have confirmed delivery from our third party courier, that would be the only time we would settle the authorized transaction that was reserved in your credit card.




All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the Original Manufacturers Guarantee for a period of 12 months or longer if relevant, this is in addition to the consumer's statutory rights.




We at CAMERAPORTAL promises the utmost customer shopping experience. All orders are confirmed with the right amount of shipping charges, so there are no hidden charges when transacting with us. Please feel free to write an email to further enhance our service.




Please be advised that some countries would not allow certain exports to be delivered. CAMERAPORTAL reserves the right to decline shipping a product if country to be delivered would not allow entry of the product.




If you think that the product you have purchased is defective or incompatible with your computer system (if products that where bought are software) we may refer you to the manufacturer, due to their extensive knowledge of their product. If the manufacturer agrees that the product is defective, in most cases they will be able to authorize a replacement/repair of the product direct to you. This does not affect your statutory rights. A restocking fee of up to 20% is charged on returns, which prove to be non-defective. It is therefore imperative that you have made contact with the manufacturer first. In all instances when contacting a Manufacturer you must retain the reference code that you are given. Opened software shall not be accepted for credit or exchange. If any discs are found to be defective you may be asked to contact the manufacturer directly.




Except as may be implied by law and except in the case of death or personal injury where the Customer is dealing as a consumer, in the event of any breach of these Terms and Conditions by us the remedies to you shall be limited to damages which shall in no circumstances exceed the price of the Goods and we shall under no circumstances be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages




We will not be under any liability whatsoever in the event that we are prevented or delayed from supplying or making delivery of any goods by any reason or cause beyond our control.




Our failure to insist upon strict performance of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not be deemed to be a waiver of our rights or remedies in respect of any present or future default of the customer in performance or compliance with any of these Terms and Conditions.




In the event that any or any part of these Terms and Conditions shall be determined invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent such term, condition or provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms and Conditions, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
